Our History
Nationwide Floor & Window Coverings was founded in 2001 by Ann Pollack as a woman-owned business dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality products. Ann worked closely with homeowners, realtors, builders, and designers, using her expertise to select the perfect flooring and window coverings for each unique space. She cultivated a personalized shop-at-home experience, helping clients choose designs and materials that aligned with their traffic needs, aesthetic preferences, and budgets.

After more than two decades of guiding Nationwide, Ann is passing the torch to our new owner, Charles Basden. After an incredible 24 years in the flooring and window coverings business, Ann has made the decision to sell Nationwide and focus on a well-deserved retirement. We are thrilled to introduce our new owner, Charles Basden, CEO of The Duvtale Group. Charles is a respected real estate and property management expert from northern NJ and is emerging as a leader in the home services industry.
