Nationwide did a wonderful job refinishing our wood floors. This was a two-day job that involved stripping the finish, repairing and replacing pieces, dealing with splinters, loose nails, sanding, and so on. Charles was prompt — in fact, he was early! He was gracious, thoughtful, flexible about timing, and always available to discuss the schedule, the work, the workers, and the results. And the results were fabulous: we had intended to remove the finish and then match the original stain, but once the stain was off, and the repairs were done, the original wood looked so beautiful without the stain, we decided to just go with a clear finish. Charles deserves all the badges and accolades. I would recommend Nationwide to anyone.

A great experience from start to finish. Charles quickly responded to my initial inquiry and put together a mood board incorporating the thoughts we had on each room. The design appointment with Charles and Trish was great as they guided me in selecting all our window treatments. Our install was today and we love our new window treatments. Charles was also there to ensure that everything went smoothly.

Charles, Trish and their whole team are just incredible!! We were choosing window treatments for our entire house and fully expected to be stressed out. Charles guided us patiently through the many options, helped make the appropriate selections, and pretty much held our hands throughout the process. It was the least stressful project we have done so far, thanks to them. The new shades have transformed our house and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!!
